Daniel Nduva wins Nyali Open Championship 2017 with a total gross of 219 points. The 54 holes Nyali Open Champioship 2017 was played at Nyali Golf & Country Club over 3 days; 18 holes on Friday 8th, 18 holes on Saturday 9th and the last 18 holes on Sunday 10th December 2017. Nduva played 73, 71, 75 gross to beat Victor Joseph who played 72, 79, 73(224). Mathew Wahome finished third playing 69, 77, 78(224) after loosing on count back to Victor Joseph.
Vet-Lab’s Edwin Mudanyi is this year’s Golfer of The Year 2017 with a total of 500.8 GOTY points after he bagged 19.2 points from the Nyali Open Championship. Dennis Saikwa from Royalwas in second place with a total of 443.9 GOTY points beating John Karichu from Limuru who had a total of 537.3 GOTY points.
To encourage good scores in the game of golf, Mr. Richard Wanjala, Chairman KGU, also awarded Mike Kisia from Vet-Lab for having the most rounds under par in K.A.G.C series 2017.
